What difference does a cask make to the flavour of whisky?

The value of your whisky cask is directly related to the spirit name of the whisky inside that cask, within the industry this is referred to as the cask’s ‘naming rights’. A cask without full naming rights will not hold the same value as a cask with full naming rights. Be aware of the key differences in order to make an informed decision before buying a cask.
