Winners of the 2021 Single Cask of the Year, Speyside Distillery Co are an enthusiast-focused distillery who came on stream in the 90s and are known for a grassy, slightly citrusy Whisky which is increasingly attracting the attention of Independent Bottlers. Having signed a large distribution deal in China and the associated territories in 2019 the Stills are being moved to a new site by 2025 which will render the original a ‘Closed Distillery’ under SWA Regulations.
